WEBSITE NEWS: We are currently in the process of completely redesigning and updating our village website. Towersey is a small, peaceful community surrounded by farmland, located close to the market town of Thame in Oxfordshire and just a few miles from the M40 motorway.

Despite being a small village, Towersey has what must be one of the most active social calendars in Oxfordshire, with many groups and organisations and numerous events throughout the year. St. Catherine's church, which dates from about 1150, is well worth visiting. Good food and ales can be found at The Three Horseshoes public house.

Once again this year, the village extends its usual warm welcome to festival-goers. Over the August Bank Holiday each year, Towersey is transformed as thousands of people come to enjoy the wonderful international festival of music and arts.
